Description: Walk-In Refrigerators & Freezers Performance Period: 400 Continuous Calendar Days (See Page CC-3 and Appendix B) Liquidated Damages: Five Hundred ($500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page 3 $500001-750000 A "Wicks" subcontractor is defined as a subcontractor performing construction work in the HVAC, Plumbing & Gas Fitting or Electrical Trades and (except for HVAC) is licensed to do business in the CITY OF NEW YORK in that trade.
