Site work for a water / sewer project in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replace approx. 2,000 feet of ten (10) inch and six (6) inch cast iron water main with poly C-900 or similar water pipe, including structures, valves, services, and hydrants. This area has sustained a great deal of water main repairs due to age and material of pipe. City staff is also evaluating this project for a potential Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) which might alter the proposed timeframe. Project is in City of Rolling Meadows capital budget FY2024-2028. As of June 20, 2024, project is funded for FY2024-2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
