Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Augusta, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes but is not limited to the installation of a submersible sewer pumping station, 10-inch HDPE force main and modifications to an existing control building. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the bid price and in the form described in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded after the actual date of the opening thereof unless released by the OWNER. A performance and payment bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price will be required in the form described in the Information for Bidders. This project is funded by the State of Maine, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP} Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund (CWSRF} program. Neither the State of Maine nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees, or other State/Federal agencies is or will be party to this contract. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the District.
