Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Roadway widening, drainage, signals, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, driveways, utilities adjustment, pavement markings, and signing. All requests for information pertaining to this bid shall be submitted by via email no later than 5:00 pm on July 8, 2024 to: Susannah Horton, PLA, City of Asheville Capital Projects Department at: shorton@ashevillenc.gov Responses to questions will be issued via addendum no later than 5:00 pm on July 11, 2024. Bid proposals shall include the cost of required insurance and bonds and payment of any applicable local, State and Federal taxes. The City Council of the City of Asheville has adopted a policy that the City of Asheville will not enter into contracts with bidders who are delinquent in the payment of ad valorem taxes owed to the City of Asheville. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The completion date for this contract is 365 calendar days after the notice to proceed date.
