The City of Reno invites visionary partners for a significant development opportunity: designing, developing, building, operating, and maintaining a state-of-the-art financially sustainable, multi-use flat field complex. Backed by city funding, this initiative targets enhancing community services and economic growth. Located on 111 acres of prime city-owned property, the project aims to boost tourism, address recreational deficits, and significantly enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors. The City of Reno reserves the right to modify this schedule at The City's discretion. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
