Renovation of a mixed-use development in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of July 12, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $698,350.01** Installation will be at the following locations: Willow Dale Elementary School 720 Norristown Road, Warminster PA 18974 Wm. Tennent High School 333 Centennial Road, Warminster PA 18974 INSTALLATION: Includes removal of old projectors and mounts, installation of new projectors and mounts at desired location, wiring and hardware, including any additional hardware or cables necessary. Install/configure Liberty AV control panel and switcher box (HDMI cables must be provided if needed). Provide/Install quality CAT6 wiring for control panel. Provide/Install stainless steel 4 gang cover plates. Run conduit for a clean and presentable appearance and alignment and testing to ensure operational systems. Shipping and handling included. Vendor proposals should include both the supply of parts and the installation services. Prevailing wage rates apply Contract Award Date: 6/25/2024 It is anticipated that the work would begin on October 1, 2024. Work would be scheduled after the school day ends. All rooms should be available after school. A performance bond, in the amount of 100% of the contract price, must be submitted within 5 working days from award of contract.
