The contractor shall provide all licensed and qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to furnish and install automatic door operators and handicap button access to existing doors at buildings 528 and 940 on Little Rock Air Force Base. Location. a. Building 528: Units will be installed above the existing exterior glass double doors in the front of the facility closest to the handicap ramp and to the existing interior glass double doors leading into the facility. b. Building 940: Units will be installed on interior doors of three different office entrances (1) Base Library, (1) Family Support, (1) School-Age Office. The contractor shall provide all licensed and qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to furnish and install automatic door operators and handicap button access to existing doors at buildings 528 and 940 on Little Rock Air Force Base, AR 72099. The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall be in compliance of all Federal, State and local regulations, and codes for class one facility systems. Estimated time of delivery shall be no later than 120 days of award. Furnish two Allegion/Stanley Access 75" M-Force overhead double door auto operators (or equal) and controls with one jamb style push plate, 1 surface standard surface mount push plate and three wireless push plates Unit to fit a 6'-0" header opening above the doors. Or equal characteristics: Surface mount above door single box with two operators. Header size 6'-0", will handle panels up to 48" wide and 350 pounds per opener, safety sensors to prevent closing on obstructions, operation with wireless touch buttons, 120VAC, 60HZ. Units must operate with the removal of the manual door closure. Units in dark bronze anodized finish to match existing door frames. Units configured to ANSI standard A156.19 Low Energy guidelines. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, wiring, and connections needed for installation and operation of the unit. Contractor shall furnish and install all electrical connections from the existing facility electrical panel to each of the doors to include breakers, conduit, wiring boxes etc. Estimated time of delivery shall be no later than 120 days of award.
