Pecan St., Pflugerville, TX 78660. The preliminary construction budget for this project is $15,000,000. The actual budget may increase, depending upon Alternate Pricing and funding availability. PfISD intends to complete this project in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of internal, HVAC, and roofing renovations.
