Renovation of a military facility in Huger, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Location of work is at the Francis Marion Seed Orchard located in Huger, South Carolina. This project shall consist of the replacement of the 3 roofs. The three buildings to have their roofs replaced are located at the Seed Orchard and are the pesticide building and the 2 pole sheds. Some fascia trim replacement and other incidental work may be required. All of this work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and other provisions of the contract. The work shall include the following: removal, disposal, and replacement of existing shingles. Work may include the replacement of other roofing components as identified by the contractor and agreed to by the contracting officer. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, and transportation, and perform all of the work required AS LISTED IN THE SCHEDULE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS. Site visit is not required. Due date for proposal is Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024 by 5PM.
