Tracy Creek Road Over Tributary to Tracy Creek Culvert Rehabilitation Project Each Proposal must be made upon the forms provided by the County and shall be accompanied by a deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Said Deposit shall be made payable to the Broome County Director of OMB, shall be considered a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the Contract with the County if it is awarded to him/her. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Guarantee Bonds from an acceptable Surety Company for an amount not less than 100% of the accepted bid. All work shall be substantially complete within 90 calendar days of notice to proceed with final completion within 120 calendar days of notice to proceed.
