Such securities, if deposited by the Contractor, shall be valued by the City's Finance and Administrative Services Director, whose decision on valuation of the securities shall be final. The estimated cost of this work is between $240,000 and $275,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
