Interested parties may submit Qualifications for an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Full-Service Implementation and Maintenance Program to improve the process of collecting monthly water utility meter data to enhance the level of service offered to customers. The AMI Full-Service Program will be implemented system-wide in a short time frame, to maximize the benefits of the system. Interested parties are to submit qualifications for a turnkey deployment of approximately 1430 water-metered accounts specifically in the Maple Hill and Scotts Hill areas, followed by an ongoing maintenance program with field labor that includes meters, network, AMI endpoints, and software maintenance as well as full-service data hosting and delivery to the County. Any questions on this RFQ should be submitted to purchasing@pendercountync.gov no later than June 6th, 2024 at noon. Questions and corresponding answers will be published below. Firms shall submit qualifications of both the firm and person(s) directly responsible for the work including a list of similar projects completed in North Carolina by this firm and by said responsible person(s). Pender County reserves the right to reject any/all submissions.
