Renovation of a mixed-use development in Concord, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and parking garage.

County : Merrimack Scope of Work: ARPA- Legislative Office Building Hvac Upgrades and Parking Garage Repairs Proposal Guarantee: 5% of bid amount HVAC Upgrades: The building will be served by four new air handlers, two each located in the penthouse and attic. These units will provide heating, cooling and ventilation throughout the building. Chilled water will be generated with two new roof mounted air cooled chillers with remote evaporators located in the penthouse. New Variable Air Volume boxes will be replaced throughout the entire building with the addition of hot water reheat coils and associated hot water piping. All new controls will also be implemented to replace the antiquated pneumatic controls. Garage Repairs: Work to be performed within the parking garage will consist of repairing the concrete coatings, sealants, and spall areas critical to maintaining the structural integrity of the parking garage. The electrical scope includes the replacement of four (4) gate operator units, associated conduits, and power wiring for the entry/exit ramps. All individuals, firms, partnerships or corporations intending to bid, must file a statement showing their qualifications with the Department of Transportation on forms prepared for that purpose at least ten (10) days prior to opening of bids. No authorization to bid will be granted to a prospective bidder not prequalified. Bidders must submit a 5% bid security at Bid and must furnish a 100% payment and performance security prior to execution of contract. Project completion date is October 2, 2026.
