In order to maintain its establishments in good condition, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to conclude a contract to be executed on request with a CONTRACTOR specialized in hygiene to carry out asbestos removal, fungal decontamination, demolition of materials affected by water and drilling in silica condition, surface leveling and other work relating to contaminants, in accordance with the conditions of this call for tenders. Contract start date: At award Contract end date: June 30, 2025 Summary description of the options: Option to provide additional services: two (2) renewal options of one year extension each, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 and from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. A renewal option or an option concerning the provision of services of the same nature as those initially required, offered at the same price and intended to meet the needs covered by this contract.
