The deadline to ask questions is 6/13/2024 8:00 AM CDT Bidders desiring further information or interpretation of the plans and specifications must make request for such information through the OpenGov and CivCast portal indicated in the notice to bidder or by emailing johnny.partain@waxahachie.com by This project generally includes approximately 1700 LF of 8" PVC water line and water appurtenance and 1400 LF of PVC sanitary sewer improvements along Water Street from N. Spencer Street to Textile Street Intersection. Estimate: 1,476,000 This project provides for: 1) Installation of new water and sanitary sewer lines, including new water and sanitary sewer services and appurtenances. 2) Installation of permanent asphalt pavement repair. 3) Contractor shall prepare SWPPP and provide CSN per TCEQ requirements. Area disturbed is greater than one acre and less than five acres. Erosion control shall be in accordance with erosion control plan including silt fence, maintenance & removal. Silt fence shall meet city standards. All work shall be completed as shown on the plans and called for in these specifications, referenced specifications, and the City of Waxahachie standard construction details. This project is located on Water Street between N. Spencer Street and Textile Street in the City of Waxahachie, Ellis County, Texas. A map showing the work area is included in the plans.
