Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Guelph, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: a) The implementation of Cycling Infrastructure for Scottsdale Drive (college Ave to Kortright Road W) and Silvercreek Parkway North (Speedvale Ave W to Paisley Road) b) The scope of work involves the removal of existing pavement markings and signage, application of new pavement markings, new signage installation, construction of a multi-use path, and the supply and installation of precast concrete curbs and flexible bollards, as outlined in the contract drawings, as directed by the Contract Administrator or as referenced in the contract documents. Due to the presence of two adjacent elementary schools on Scottsdale Drive, a portion of the work on Scottsdale Drive is to be prioritized to be fully completed by August 23rd, 2024. Remaining Works are to be completed by September 27, 2024. The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
