Baldy Circle and Euclid Street - Construction of 12" and 8" cml&c steel waterline and removal of existing 8" waterline in private properties, adjacent to the Caltrans right-of-way for the 405 Freeway. The work will include demolition of existing check valve and vault assembly, demolition of inspection manhole, construction of double check detector fire service, reconnection of existing services, and connection to existing waterlines. During construction, Contractor will be required to provide temporary waterline (highline) for 2-inch potable water service to existing building at 18340 Mt. Baldy Circle as well as Fire Watch during non-business hours until the fire service is restored. Existing pavement will also be replaced consisting of asphalt concrete pavement on Mount Baldy Circle and Euclid Street as well as concrete pavement inside private property. Slater Avenue - Demolition of existing inspection manholes and replacing existing 12" cml&c steel pipe at two locations with new gate valves, near the Slater Avenue overpass of the 405 Freeway. Existing landscaping and irrigation damaged during construction will be replaced in kind.
