Renovation of an educational facility in Grand-Sault/Grand Falls, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of existing domestic hot water heater in tank room adjacent to electrical roo on ground floor. .2 Removal of asbestos insulation fittings on existing domestic water piping and hot water tank within tank room .3 Removal of portions of existing domestic water piping (DCW, DHW and DHWR) associated with tank removal. .4 Install new domestic hot water heater in tank room. .5 Reconnect new DHW heater to existing domestic water services. .6 Insulate existing and new domestic water piping in tank room. .7 Reconnect new DHW heater to existing electrical services in tank room. .8 Set new DHW Heater into operation, include purging all air from the system and start-up services prior to turning system over to Owner. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
