Renovation of a transportation facility in Alexandria, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Improve/Modify/Rehabilitate Terminal Building Security Enhancements - The work consists ofproviding and installing new radio, antenna, and related equipment at the Air Traffic Control Facility at Alexandria International Airport. Upgrades to the AEX Terminal Audio System include the following equipment - Main/Backup Controllers Amp Frames 2-channel Amp cards Logic Relay Module Analog to Dante Convert Microphone Stations Microphone Desk Mount Microphone Mounts Microphone Mount Bracket Rackmount microphone Rackmount Monitor GCK Software Annual System licensing Annual Maintenance Hardware license Software License Rackmount KVM Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security Made Payable to Owner in an Amount of 5 Percent of Bidder's Maximum Bid Price and in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Obtain a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Amount. All Bonds Shall Be Executed by Such Sureties as Are Named in U.s. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. A Bond Signed by an Agent or Attorney-in-fact Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Copy of That Individual's Authority to Bind the Surety. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids for Just Cause in Accordance With Louisiana R.s. 38:2214b. FAA Grant # 3-22-0003-095-2024 WBE- 6.9% ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $300,000
