The Tohatchi First Responders Substation Selection Committee of the Navajo Nation is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Construction Managers (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and potentially complete construction services for the new Tohatchi First Responders Substation in Tohatchi, Navajo Nation, New Mexico The SOQ initially solicits services necessary for project Design-Assistance in cooperation with the Owner and Architect (LAM Corporation) but may be modified to include future construction phase services. The facility may include Navajo Fire Department, Navajo Division of Public Safety, Navajo Emergency Medical Services, and related departments. The project will serve the Navajo Division of Public Safety which includes the Navajo Emergency Medical Services, Navajo Fire Department, the Navajo Nation Police, and related departments.
