The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain the services of a responsive, responsible contractor to provide full Maintenance & Repair Services for the Central Chiller Equipment. The location of the Work is as follows, all located in Newport News, Virginia: o Mary Passage Middle School 400 Atkinson Way o Warwick High School 51 Copeland Lane o Denbigh High School 259 Denbigh Boulevard o General Stanford Elementary School 929 Madison Avenue o Booker T. Washington Middle School 3700 Chestnut Avenue o Watkins Early Childhood Center 21 Burns Drive o McIntosh Elementary School 185 Richneck Road o Woodside High School 13450 Woodside Lane o Heritage High School 5800 Marshall Avenue Contractor shall include all costs to include all necessary materials, labor, operator, transportation, equipment, fees and supplies necessary preventative maintenance services.
