TIMELINE: Following the cancellation of the tender for roofing sub trade contractor issued under the number 2024-043, the owner has divided the construction program into separate packages and awarded a roofing contractor for the first construction package relating to the Spring Garden Park Chalet Roof Renovation following an invited tender 2025-016 GG /20074506. Construction of this package is underway. Subsequent package tenders will be followed if/when they are issued in new separate reports. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
