The work to be performed - The construction of Water & Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement, Storm Drain & Concrete Paving w/Concrete Sidewalk Reconstruction along Ray Drive & Ray Court. Completed Bid Forms Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty Consisting of Either a Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond on the Form Included or Similar Form of Surety Company (Facisimiles Will Not Be Considered Responsive) Made Payable to the City of Haltom City, and in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Largest Amount Bid as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute the Contract and Furnish the Required Bonds, Within the Time-frame Indicated in the Bid Form, to the City of Haltom City. Any bid received after the above closing time will be returned unopened. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City of Haltom City may require, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, and to select a bid best suited to the City of Haltom City's best interest.
