Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP) Solar Installation Project: Energy Savings Improvement Program (Esip): for the Customer: Passaic Community College, in Accordance With the Drawings, Specifications, and Bid Documents as Prepared by Schneider Electric. Bid Responses Shall Be Marked in a Sealed Envelope With the Name of the Project Plainly Marked on the Front of the Envelope and Accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the Form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, but Not to Exceed $20,000 Pursuant to N.j.s.a 18a:18a-24. Bidders and Subcontractors Named in the Form of Bid Proposal for General Constructions, Plumbing, Hvac, Electrical or Other Applicable Trades Who Perform Any Work on the Project Must Be Pre-qualified Prior to the Submission of Bids, Pursuant to the State of New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction Dpmc. Schneider Electric Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Any Informality in the Bidding Process in Accordance With the Law if It is in the Best Interest of Schneider Electric and/or the Township. The Contract, if Awarded Shall Be Awarded by Schneider Electric to the Lowest Responsible Bidder Whose Bid is Responsive in All Material Respects to the Bid Requirements and is in the Best Interest of the Customer and of Schneider Electric. No Bid Shall Be Deemed Accepted Until the Adoption of a Formal Subcontract by Schneider Electric.
