Site work for a water / sewer project in Rosenberg, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of rehabilitation of approximately 1,136 linear feet of 8-inch, 10-inch, and 18-inch sanitary sewers by cured in-place pipe, including 2 fixed obstructions, 10 point repairs, 20 linear feet of 8-inch pipe replacement, 50 lead repairs, 469 linear feet of heavy cleaning, manhole repairs, other miscellaneous repairs, including pre and post-construction sanitary sewer cleaning and televising. The project is located in Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 41, Fort Bend County, Texas in the City of Houston ETJ. The District is generally bounded to the north by Oleta Lane, to the south by Voss Road, to the west by Noblewood Drive, and to the east by State Highway 6. Question Deadline 06/21/2024 at 10:00 AM CT The bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bond payable to the Owner. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid/Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. he Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open. Questions will not be considered or answered after 10:00a.m., three (3)calendar days prior to bidding.
