Reference Number 0000271647 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/18 04:00:00 PM EDT The Contractor shall perform gardening and snow clearing services, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Consulate Halifax. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-3 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed. After contract award and submission of acceptable insurance certificates, the Contracting Officer shall issue a Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will establish a date (a minimum of ten (10) days from date of contract award unless the Contractor agrees to an earlier date) on which performance shall start. The U.S. Consulate in Halifax, Nova Scotia, has a requirement for gardening and snow clearing services at two (2) U.S. Govenment properties locatied in Halifax. This contract is for a base year plus four (4) option years to extend. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
