This project consists of demolition of an existing 20'x10' block storage building, demolition of 450 SY of existing concrete ramp, and backfill and abandonment of an existing oil/water separator. Project will also include construction of a pre-engineered canopy, construction of approximately 370 SY of concrete pavement, replacement of an existing grinder pump system, including associated plumbing and electrical work, and other incidental items necessary to complete the project. Bid Security equal to 5% of the total Bid is required in the form of a cash deposit or a Bid Bond. Contract Security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.
