SMART is seeking sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors to implement the Riparian Mitigation Project at the Helen Putnam Regional Park located in Petaluma, CA and perform one (1) year of maintenance of the project site. Work includes site preparation, earthwork, channel grading, erosion repair, seeding, treatment of weed management, installation of temporary drip systems, fencing, and planting of trees, etc. Project Implementation work must be completed by December 31, 2024. Following SMART's acceptance of the project implementation, Contractor will perform one (1) year of maintenance on the project. The Engineer's Estimate for this project, including the one-year of site maintenance is $540,000.00.
