The Town of Newmarket requires the services of a Contractor for Commercial Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) preventative and demand maintenance services, at various Town owned facilities located in Newmarket. The Town owns approximately 32 facilities of varying size and use. Some facilities are run solely under the direction of town staff while others fall under separate lease agreements where tenants utilize their own contractors to maintain equipment. The Town of Newmarket wishes to partner with a Contractor that will provide services on an as needed basis along with our internal staff HVAC Technician to enhance the operational efficiency of our facilities and to meet the needs of our internal and external customers with minimal service disruption.
