All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price, labor and material payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price and maintenance bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Unless all bids are rejected, the lowest responsible bidder with acceptable experience in ADA trail construction will be selected by the owner and notified.
