Letort Spring Garden Preserve Site Development Plan Question Deadline 06/24/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Location: online portal. All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price, labor and material payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price and maintenance bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Unless all bids are rejected, the lowest responsible bidder with acceptable experience in ADA trail construction will be selected by the owner and notified. Pennsylvania prevailing wages under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will be required, as determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, for this project. The Central PA Conservancy reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Conservancy. Any questions regarding the intent of these documents shall be submitted in writing, via the "Clarifications" feature in PennBid no later than 3:00pm, June 19, 2024. All responses to questions will be given to all project plan holders prior to bid opening.
