Renovation of a laboratory facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The Scope of Work for this Project is defined by the attached specifications and drawings. A general summary of the 5 contracts as well as in depth information can be found in the Project Manual and drawings provided by DIGroug Architecture (Attachments A & B). Respiratory & Nursing Simulation Labs Project until 6/26/2024 for the following contracts Contract No. 1: General Construction Contract No. 2: Electrical Construction Contract No. 3: Plumbing Construction Contract No. 4: HVAC Construction Contract No. 5: Fire Suppression This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Questions Due Date: Jun 12th 2024, 12:00 PM EDT All Bids must be accompanied by a bond with corporate surety or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum will be required from the lowest, responsible bidder for each Contract.
