Renovation of a library in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
For the 2024 Library Heat Pump Replacement project consisting of the replacement of existing heat pumps within the Manheim Township Public Library, located at 595 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601 The Commissioners of Manheim Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Manheim Township Board of Commissioners. Questions Due Date: Jun 26th 2024, 10:00 AM EDT Estimated Contract Value: $50,000.00 A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with his bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Manheim Township Commissioners reserve the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
