**As of May 07, 2025, this project has already been awarded to Gana Trucking & Excavating with the bid amount of $882,206.88. ** Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to provide site preparation per Lincoln Electric System Specifications S-25-02 included with this bid. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form.
