Reference number: 1857191 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-07-10 Upgrading the Stormwater Pumping System. The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for work to bring the stormwater pumping system up to standard at the Manoir Anjou located at 7025 Rondeau Avenue in the Anjou borough. The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, constructing and setting up three (3) pumping stations, constructing a mechanical room in the community hall, breaking and repairing slabs, removing a vent column to the roof, and connecting pumps on the emergency room. The work will be carried out in a six-storey concrete and brick building plus a basement, with 78 units for seniors. There is an indoor garage and technical rooms in the basement. During the work, the units will be occupied. *Tender has been cancelled.
