Renovation of an educational facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The university desires to evaluate the existing building envelope, structure, and infrastructure with the aim of improvements that will add an elevator, include ADA upgrades to the restrooms, and renovate the structure. Of particular interest are the plumbing systems and devices, lack of an elevator, and accessibility to support the academic programs. A building addition is not out of consideration based upon programmatic evaluation.
