Award amount is $64,626.32** The work for the base bid shall consist of constructing approximately 1,000 square feet submerged gravel wetland, 65 LF of PVC pipe and surrounding meadow that is approximately 8,750 square feet, and other minor related items. Funding for a portion of the project is being provided by the Chesco Chesapeake Communities Action Plan (C3AP) Non-Ag Implementation Funds Sub-Grant Program from the Chester County Conservation District (CCCD) through the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) and work shall be performed in accordance with all grant guidelines, including its nondiscrimination and prevailing wage requirements. Attention is called to the fact that no less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract documents must be paid, and that employees shall not be discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid. Proposals shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of opening. The successful bidder shall substantially complete the project by September 30, 2024. The successful bidder will be required to pay a fee. Bidders are encouraged to confirm the fee with .
