Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Construct 800+ space parking lot, complete with walkways, lighting, landscaping, stormwater management systems, curbing, pavement, striping, bus shelter, signage, etc. Questions must be directed in writing to Carpenter Associates at info@carpenterassoc.com no later than 4:30 P.M., Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Carpenter Associates will issue a response on or before 4:30 P.M, Thursday, June 20, 2024. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be made available electronically. Bid Bond (5%) is required. Upon Notice of Award, Contractor shall provide the following: A. Certificate of Insurance B. 100% Performance Bond C. 100% Payment Bond D. Schedule of Values E. Anticipated Construction Schedule F. List of anticipated major subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, etc. Depending on the bid results, the Owner reserves the right to request additional information before making an award. Additional information may include such requests as specific experience with similar occupied facilities, references, anticipated workforce and schedule, list of proposed major subcontractors, specific experience with proposed subcontractors, etc.
