Renovation of an educational facility in Port Arthur, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bob Hope School is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following project: Middle School Roof Repair Project. The Selection Committee will evaluate and score each proposal and make a recommendation to the School Board for final approval at the June Board Meeting. Prep and power wash the entire roof of the main building (see highlighted areas below). 2. Clean any debris off the roof before applying coating. 3. Coat the roof with silicone elastomeric coating. 4. Clean up all debris pertaining to the job. 5. Add scuppers to the gutters to stop water from entering the sub roof. 6. Provide a 10-year warranty for work performed. Inspect and service the roof as needed on the 4 th and 7 th year. Per Addendum 1 The new Proposal submittal deadline is 1:00 pm on June 24, 2024.
