Sealed Bids for the construction of the FISHER PARK SKATE PARK EXPANSION will be received electronically by Clearfield City, through SciQuest before the bid opening date and time. Prior to submitting a bid, the contractor must register as a vendor on Sciquest. Clearfield City is not responsible for vendor accounts or access to Sciquest. The Bidder is encouraged to allow sufficient time for the process when submitting bids. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Brandon Jones no later than 5:00 pm, August 15, 2024
