All Emails Shall be Titled as: IB-041-24 JB Speed Student Success (Bid Category Number) Questions C. Questions shall be submitted by: May 31st, 2024 The Owner and Construction Manager-General Contractor (CM-GC) will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Late bids will not be accepted. The bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of bid total pledging that the bidder will enter into a contract with the Owner on the terms stated in his bid and will if required, furnish bonds covering the faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. A Five Percent (5%) Bid Bond shall accompany all bids. Awarded vendor shall provide One Hundred Percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bonds equal to the awarded contract total. All bonding is to be paid for by the bidder and is assumed included in the bid
