Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Seymour, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will consist of installation of approximately 95 linear feet of 24-inch Water Main at public Well #1 near Commercial Street and Washington Street and 100 linear feet of 18-inch Water Main at public Well #2 near Anderson Street and Main Street. Work also includes miscellaneous improvements of The City’s 75,000-gallon and 200,000-gallon water towers. Bid Alternate 1 consists of abrasive blasting and painting of the exterior area of the 200,000-gallon tower and abrasive blasting and painting of the interior and exterior areas of the 75,000-gallon tower. Bid Alternate 2 consists of cleaning and overcoating of the exterior area of the 200,000-gallon tower and cleaning and overcoating of the interior and exterior areas of the 75,000-gallon tower. It shall be mandatory for each contractor to pay the current prevailing hourly rate of wages as set forth in the Wage Determination Orders of the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of Missouri for Webster County, Missouri. Please reference the Contract Documents. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to Summer 2024. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
