Renovation of a residential development in Richville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Description: 2387 USH 11, Richville NY 13681 - Scope of Work Items - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include: Fifteen (15) new vinyl replacement windows. New Asphalt Shingled Roof on the entirety of the structure. Additionally, the Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors per Code. MWBEs and Section 3 contractors are encouraged to apply. The contractor will ensure that to the greatest extent feasible opportunities for training and employment arising in connection with this NYS CDBG-assisted project will be extended to lower-income project area residents. Further, the contractor will, to the greatest extent feasible, utilize business concerns located in or substantially owned by residents of the project area, in the award of contracts and purchase of services and supplies. The Contractor shall be responsible to obtain for himself, at his cost, any and all information required for the preparation of his proposal.
