Contractor will mow, trim, weed eat and maintain all grass areas. Contractor will be solely responsible for the following: o Providing and maintaining any equipment necessary for performing the services. o Cost of maintaining and utilizing any equipment, including but not limited to, all costs of repair and cost of oil and/or gasoline. o All cost of labor to perform the service. o Removal of debris, i.e. large rocks, visible glass/metal, etc., from grassy areas prior to mowing. o Mowing a minimum of twice a month in the summer or as needed to maintain a professional appearance. o Kill weeds including along fence rows and keep neat. o Blow all cuttings off of sidewalks and porches. o Maintaining worker's compensation, general liability and auto insurance. Contract will be for the period of July through October 31, 2024. The Housing Authority of Cadiz reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in total or in part and to waive informalities and irregularities, as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Housing Authority of Cadiz.
