Cal OES is seeking qualified Contractors to provide CSTI Janitorial Services. The contractor is responsible for meeting all of the required licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. Term Start Date July 1, 2024, or upon approval, whichever is later Term End Date of Agreement June 30, 2027 Cal OES reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and to accept all or any portion of a bid, if deemed in the best interest of the State and not contrary to law. Cal OES' waiver of any immaterial deviation or defect will in no way modify the IFB documents or excuse the contractor from full compliance with the IFB specification, if awarded the contract.
