This project consists of traffic signal maintenance activities at four intersections in the City of Hilliard. The locations and scope of work are summarized below. Cemetery Road/Britton Parkway and Cemetery Road/Lyman Drive: Signal re-wiring (vehicle heads, ped heads and ped pushbuttons), removal of un-used loop detector lead-in and radar detection wiring, installation of three (3) new vehicle signal heads, and signal phasing changes. See sheets 1 - 4 of the Plans & Specifications. Cemetery Road/Leap Road: Signal re-wiring (vehicle heads only), removal of un-used loop detector lead-in and radar detection wiring, and installation of twelve (12) new vehicle signal heads. See sheet 5 of the Plans & Specifications. Q & A : Deadline Same as solicitation deadline Dublin Road/Davidson Road: Signal re-wiring (vehicle heads, ped heads and ped pushbuttons), installation of seven (7) new vehicle head (provided by the City), installation of new pedestrian signal heads and APS push buttons, and installation of a new pole-mounted traffic signal cabinet. See sheets 6 - 7 of the Plans & Specifications. Bidders shall note the MOT requirements for each intersection included in the plans and specifications. Prevailing Wage requirements apply for this Project. The Engineer's Estimate for this Bid is $153,000. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer's estimate on the base bid by more than ten percent (10%). The Final Completion Date is November 15, 2024. Extension of this completion date may be approved in the event of a documented supply chain material delay, and the extension will be granted only for the work items related to the material delay.
