Graves County UK Extension Campus: Phase 2: Central Services Building-4200 State Route 45-N, Mayfield, KY. 42066 -Building and On-Site Civil-Construction-a new, approximately 4,500 square feet of single-story multi-use space with related site and utilities work. Building components include concrete foundations and floor slab, cold formed metal framed wall systems, cold-formed metal trusses, roof deck, standing seam metal roof system, thermal insulation systems, pre-engineered metal building frame, face brick, kitchen equipment, cast stone siding/trim, fiber cement siding, aluminum entrances, curtain wall, and storefront systems, suspended acoustical panel ceiling system, plastic laminate casework, interior finishes, and mechanical and electrical systems. Sitework includes, but is not limited to, grading, utilities, paving systems, signage, lighting, and landscaping. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Scanned documents for bid security items are acceptable for the bid submittal.
