Site work for a civil project in Spencerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The replacement of an existing single span 24' steel girder bridge with a 10'x5' concrete box culvert. Concurrent with the culvert replacement, approximately 300' of existing 4" water main will be replaced with 8" PVC. The project will be awarded contingent upon OPWC approval which is expected on or around July 1, 2024. Work may not begin until after this date Doc Notes: All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Engineer's Estimate: $301,590.00 for base bid and $15,000.00 for alternate 1 Substantial Completion Date: November 1, 2024
