The County of Santa Barbara General Services Department ("County") is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced planning consultant teams ("Consultant") to create Design and Development Standards for the County of Santa Barbara's Calle Real Campus ("Campus"). All questions from Proposers regarding this RFQ/P will be fielded through the online system and will be provide to all Proposers through the addendum process. The County encourages all Proposers to submit questions that could further define the scope of work for the Project. Each Proposer providing a response to this RFQ must register through online prior to submittal of a Proposal. All questions, addendums, clarifications, responses, etc. shall go through the online site. The County shall not accept hard copies of Proposals. It is each Proposer's responsibility to monitor the documents associated with the RFQ/P via online Failure of Proposer to retrieve addenda shall not relieve such Proposer of the requirements contained therein. Additionally, failure of Proposer to return a signed addendum, when required, may be cause for rejection of such Proposer's Proposal. All firms providing a response to this RFQ are requested to register through online prior to submittal. All questions, addendums, clarifications, responses, etc. shall go through the online site.
