Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** The Town of Paradise is seeking qualified contractors to complete upgrades to Glenderek Drive and Traffic Calming upgrades to Glenderek Drive including the intersection with Lanark Drive. The work under this contract is to be performed in two parts: Part A & Part B (optional). Part A of the contract shall consist of the storm sewer infrastructure required to facilitate and including the installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk along one side of Glenderek Drive. Part B (optional) of the contract shall include a raised intersection at Glenderek Drive and Lanark Drive; the stormwater infrastructure and curb, gutter and sidewalk to facilitate the construction of the raised intersection; speed cushions along Glenderek Drive; and all associated signage.
